We have 32 well furnished private en-suite bedrooms over two floors, there is a lift and stair lifts to aid those that may find the stairs a challenge. We encourage residents to bring personal belongings into their room in order to make it as homely as possible.
We have a comfortable TV lounge, where residents meet for tea and coffeeor to socialise. Films and documentaries are regularly shown. There is also a second lounge stocked with books and magazines for a bit of quiet time. Wifi is also available here.
The spacious dining room serves three meals a day with our cooks providing a well balanced diet. All cooked in our 5 Star/Very Good Hygiene rated kitchens (rated 5 Stars/Very Good for the last five years) using fresh locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Diabetic diets are catered for.
Housing benefit can be claimed if your savings are below £16,000.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are fitted with panic buttons should residents require assistance. The property is staffed 24 hours a day by caring, friendly and approachable members of staff.
We launder all bed linen and towels but residents are responsible for the laundering of their personal belongings. Washing machines are available for residents use or alternatively we can organise for items to be laundered.
A hairdresser visits fortnightly, or residents can have their own hairdresser use our salon if they prefer. A chiropodist also visits regularly or again residents can use their own if they wish.
There are well maintained gardens surrounding the home, including a sheltered patio area with a fish pond and lawned areas with a summer house.
A garage is available for battery vehicles, with charging facilities.
